On-line Registration

Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and to participate in the conference’s scientific program and other activities. To receive the best rates for ICART 2027, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird discount.

* All registration deadlines are based on Korean Standard Time (11:59 PM KST).
* All prices include VAT.

Registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, a copy of the final program (on-site), and e-proceedings.

For papers to be included in the program, at least one of the authors must complete registration by May 3, 2027, for their paper to be included in the program and e-Proceedings of ICART 2027. Also, presenting a maximum of two papers is allowed with a Regular Registration, while only one paper can be presented with a Student Registration.

• You can pay online with a fully secured e-commerce payment system.

• Payments should be transferred to the following bank accounts. All bank charges are the responsibility of the applicant.
• The transfer must be made in the registrant’s name and stated on the receipt.
• A copy of the remittance receipt should be sent to the ICART 2027 secretariat by e-mail (icart@icart2027.kr) or fax.

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by May 3, 2027. No refunds will be issued after May 4, 2027. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to icart@icart2027.kr. All approved refunds will be processed after the conference.

Upon request, the Chairman of ICART 2027 will send an official invitation letter. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. Participants must complete the registration process first before requesting an official invitation letter.
